Advertising is about who you know, much like LinkedIn's algorithm, causing talent of color to remain invisible to recruitment opportunities.

IDEA

Hack LinkedIn's search algorithm by a covert recruitment invitation. Let's grab c0ffe3 connects talent of color with recruiters.

ART DIRECTION

The search term c0ffe3 is the hex value that gave us the primary mint color for the project. From there I built the color palette to be a range of melanin and coffee ;). The hex value represents bringing more color and diversity into creative workplaces. We loved that it expressed the word coffee, an experience often associated with meeting up for interviews.

A couple of us were tired of the "we can't find diverse talent" excuse. So we did something about it: c0ffe3. It's a fake company to help People of Color land real jobs.
