Training was seen as an activity reserved for pro athletes. Even those who were training didn’t identify with it.
IDEA
Rally and educate the masses behind one simple, unifying message, Stop Exercising. Start Training.
LAUNCH
In the new year of 2017, when everyone was making New Year’s resolutions to start exercising, Nike Training scratched the record and told them to stop across all channels.
#STOPEXERCISING #STARTTRAINING
Pro athletes, Kyrie Irving and Skylar Diggins, and Nike Master Trainers posted content on their own social channels to drive users to the NTC app. The hashtags #StopExercising #StartTraining organically became a point of pride.
NTC APP
We created editorial to educate the masses about the actual scientific difference between exercise and training and how to get started. The NTC App became the #1 health and fitness app.
